Westbridge Capital Adds Managing Director
Westbridge Capital Ltd. (“Westbridge”) is pleased to announce the addition of Gavin Morgan as Managing Director as of 1st of July 2024. Gavin is based in the United States and comes to Westbridge after an extensive career in real estate leadership across Asia, United States and Europe.
Gavin will be initially seconded to our Portfolio company Reside, Inc. where the management team led by Lee Curtis continues to execute on new transformational business opportunities. We believe that Gavin's addition significantly enhances the horsepower for Reside in what is a pivotal year.

Gavin joins Westbridge after an extensive global career at JLL and CBRE where he held leadership roles in New York, Hongkong and in London. At CBRE, Gavin was Head of Leasing, for Europe, The Middle East & Africa based in London. Most recently, at JLL he held the positions of Vice Chairman in New York and Managing Director (CEO) of its 900 person platform in Hong Kong and Chief Operating Officer, of Greater China.
