Westbridge Adds to Its Senior Leadership Team
We are pleased to announce our leadership team has expanded to include Josh Lawson, Managing Director & Head of Finance and Stephen Moosbrugger, Strategic Advisor.
John Lawson
Josh Lawson joins us following 17 years of experience at Scotiabank. During his time there, he gained experience in many positions, including sales, credit and leadership. Most recently, Josh served as Vice President & Market Lead, overseeing the commercial banking team in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario. In this role, he played a pivotal part in driving growth and fostering strong client relationships.
The Westbridge Capital team sees Josh’s extensive experience as a unique fit for our organization’s goals.
Stephen Moosbrugger
Stephen Moosbrugger is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience at Ernst & Young, specializing in management, operational efficiency and profitability improvement across international markets. Throughout his career, Stephen has held leadership roles in London, Moscow, South America, the Middle East, Hong Kong, and Japan. In each of these roles, he played a pivotal role in optimizing business performance.
Recognized for his expertise in driving profitability and operational transformation, Stephen has been called upon to address complex challenges within country-specific practices, implementing strategies that enhance efficiency and financial performance. In recent years, he has focused on business transformation, helping organizations restructure their operations to align with evolving client needs and concentrate on high-value services.
