Preston Centre Mall Wins National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) Clean Air Award
Westbridge Capital and the other Preston Centre Mall businesses are pleased to share that the National Air Filtration Association (NAFA) Clean Air Award has been awarded to the Preston Centre Mall.
The Preston Centre Mall houses the Westbridge Capital main office in Saskatoon, as well as twelve tenants. Financing for the acquisition of Preston Centre Mall was arranged by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust.
The NAFA Clean Air Award is an honoured recognition in the air filtration industry. Created by NAFA to champion leaders of clean air in our community, the Clean Air Award winners set a standard for others in the industry by:
Utilizing high-efficiency filtration products
Employing quality maintenance practices
Demonstrating outstanding effort and innovation in maintaining a clean and healthy indoor work environment, while successfully minimizing overall operating costs
Dan Kemmer, an Entrepreneur in Residence and head of Westbridge Capital real estate investment practices, commented “When we decided to acquire Preston Centre Mall, we recognized that there was much work to do. A total refurbishment of the HVAC system was a top priority. The benefits of an upgraded modern system include better reliability and the ability to remotely monitor the system.
