Westbridge Capital Announces Senior Management Team Changes in its Portfolio Company TerraTrust
Westbridge Capital Ltd. (Westbridge) announced today, senior management team changes in its portfolio company TerraTrust Inc (TerraTrust). TerraTrust is pleased to announce that Dan Kemmer has assumed the role of President and CEO in addition to his existing role as chairman of the TerraTrust Board. TerraTrust is also pleased to report that Darian Brown has been promoted to the position of Director of Operations. Paul Arsenault has resigned as CEO to pursue other opportunities. We thank Paul for his contributions to the TerraTrust business and wish him success in his future endeavours. TerraTrust is the real estate development arm of the Westbridge group of companies and is also the lead consultant for both the River Bend and Western Horizons Land Income Trusts.
Dan Kemmer, President & CEO
Dan is a co-founding shareholder and was Executive Vice President of Westbridge Capital Ltd. intimately involved in all aspects of its development over the last 14 years. Dan was the founder, President & CEO of Canadian Tarpaulin Manufacturers, a Westbridge portfolio company. Over 33 years Dan built Canadian Tarpaulin into a thriving enterprise serving both domestic and international markets. He is also Founder, President and CEO of Kemco Holdings Inc, a real estate development company with a diverse range of commercial and residential holdings. Dan is a board member of many Westbridge portfolio companies and is a Trustee of the River Bend, Western Horizons and Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trusts. In addition to the duties referenced above, Dan will also join the Westbridge Entrepreneur in Residence program, providing his guidance and expertise in the development of the Westbridge business well beyond his immediate focus on TerraTrust.

Darian Brown, B.Sc., M.Sc., Director of Operations
Darian holds an M.Sc. in Civil, Geological and Environmental Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Honours Physics, both from the University of Saskatchewan. He has several years of professional experience in private consulting focused on planning and managing municipal infrastructure as well as general decision support services for both the public and private sectors. Darian has built a diversified skill set in areas such as life cycle costing, cost-benefit analysis, agent-based simulation modelling, GIS tools, and custom software applications. He has honed these skills through developing digital models and tools to bring practical benefits to a variety of real-world problems. Darian joined TerraTrust in 2018 and will continue to be involved in the River Bend and Western Horizons Trusts.
