RESIDE Worldwide Wins Coveted Industry Awards for Growth, Service Excellence and Giving Back to the Community
Seattle, WA – Leading provider of professionally operated and managed global alternative accommodations, RESIDE Worldwide (RESIDE), was honored by the Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA) for its commitment to the industry, delivering service excellence and giving back to the community with two coveted industry awards during their Tower of Excellence Awards Cocktail Reception.
At last month’s Annual CHPA Conference in Austin, TX, RESIDE Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner, Lee Curtis, CCHP, accepted the top award of the evening. RESIDE was named “Company of the Year (more than $49 million in revenue)” for demonstrating commitment and excellence in the corporate housing industry and a record growth year. RESIDE’s brand portfolio has experienced tremendous growth in the last two years as it has expanded its product and service offering to include 6 premier hospitality and technology brands.
“I’m proud of our teams for driving revenue growth year over year despite industry disruption while maintaining an average customer satisfaction score of 97.9%,” said Lee Curtis. “At the end of the day, we all work to serve our guests, clients and our global partner network, and to have our industry and our peers recognize our efforts and contributions really is the icing on the cake.”
Chief Operating Officer, Dave Caple, CCHP, was also on-hand to receive RESIDE’s second award of the evening, the “Move for Hunger Corporate Housing Provider of the Year” award for ABODA by RESIDE’s annual contributions to defeat hunger. “One of our core values involves serving our communities,” said Dave Caple. “We believe in ‘doing well by doing good’ in the communities where we live and work. Giving our guests the opportunity to donate as they check out of our corporate apartments is a natural way of supporting the Move For Hunger team’s incredible efforts to defeat hunger and lend our energy and efforts to the cause.”
The Corporate Housing Providers Association annual conference draws hundreds of corporate housing suppliers from around the world every year. RESIDE Worldwide is a proud accredited member company of the CHPA.
