About Westbridge Capital Partners LP

Westbridge Capital Partners LP (“WCPLP”) is a limited partnership established under the laws of the Province of Alberta. WCPIT acquires limited partnership units in WCPLP which in turn invests such proceeds in mature operating companies with long operating histories and strong management teams. WCPLP is managed by Westbridge Capital.

Advisory Committee

WCPLP is establishing an independent advisory committee (“Advisory Committee”) to act in the best interest of the unitholders by overseeing valuations and equity allocation to drive growth, ensure achievement of long-term goals, and create lasting value. This critical role in managing and overseeing equity allocation decisions forms a significant part of the financial health and strategic success of the organization.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Advisory Committee will include, among other things:

  • Quarterly review of equity valuations and supporting schedules, including new equity additions.

  • Real-time review of any option and equity-related activities including dividends and/or distributions and sales, mergers, or dispositions.

  • Regular monitoring and evaluation of equity allocations to ensure alignment with the goals of WCPIT and WCPLP.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and governance standards.

The Advisory Committee will meet quarterly, either remotely or in person, with at least one in-person meeting per calendar year. Additional meetings will be held (in person or telecommunications) as necessary to address real-time decisions and specific issues.

The Advisory Committee will consist of not less than three (3) members, with a majority of the members of the Advisory Committee being independent from Westbridge Capital.

Ideal Candidate

As an ideal candidate, you have been in the investment management space for at least 15 years, with experience and expertise in evaluating corporate investment opportunities. You have a strong understanding of the dynamic between investors and funds, equity valuations, option values, and conflicts of interest. You are not currently on a board or firm in competition with Westbridge Capital.
