With their proven experience in delivering superior services and their commitment to exceptional customer service and innovative technology, CMS fits in well with Scopes existing culture of service.

“I’m excited to continue the CMS legacy of excellent customer service and growth through the integration of our talented CMS & Scopes management teams and staff,” said Kevin Williams, CEO of Scopes. “The joining of our companies allows us to provide an extensive array of service options meeting all of our customer’s janitorial & landscaping needs.”

He adds, “Scopes is excited to continue the high standards of care set by founders Tina Alexander and Bill Koop. With the leadership of Jenny Valenzuela and her team, we look forward to expanding our footprint in the local service area and growing our customer base.”

Tina Alexander, President and CEO of CMS, is excited to be acquired by Westbridge, aligning with Scopes to bring even greater commercial cleaning services to CMS’ tenured portfolio of clients. “Leveraging Westbridge’s synergies and access to greater technology, CMS is looking forward to growing our business from a once family-owned company to a fortified enterprise,” said Alexander.

Mike Meekins, President of Westbridge Capital, shared that: “The thesis associated with our acquisition of Scopes a mere 18 months ago was its use as a platform for further consolidation in the sector.
