Westbridge Capital Adds Senior Managing Director

Westbridge Capital Ltd. (Westbridge) announces the appointment of Justin Ferrara to the role of Senior Managing Director. In this position, Mr. Ferrara will be responsible for deal origination, deal structuring and execution, and monitoring Westbridge’s portfolio companies and Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust, a fund that is managed by Westbridge.

Mr. Ferrara has acted as legal counsel for Westbridge since its inception. During his twenty-three year career as a corporate securities lawyer, Mr. Ferrara acted on multiple M&A and private equity transactions having an aggregate value in excess of $70 billion earning him recognition as a leading practitioner in Chambers Canada, IFLR 1000, Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. He continues to have a role with Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP dealing with strategic transactions and matters and being a member of the Partnership Committee.
